Depending on whether you’re applying for funding for a one off tandem flight or to pay towards your pilot training will determine which form you need to complete.

To complete your application you will need to:
- contact a BHPA School to complete the lower part of the form and
- send us some evidence to prove eligibility for a Flyability Scholarship.
